RETURNS DOA 7 days
In case any device you purchased from our store is defective from the beginning, the DOA / DAP procedure applies.
The DOA (DeadonArrival) case refers to the case where the device was never put into operation due to a factory defect.
Shipping costs are borne by the store.
Our DOA
refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your
purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return 14 days
The customer
has the right to return the product he bought remotely within 14 days,
if he is not satisfied with what he ordered, and if he has not opened
the product packaging.
To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your
return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
